Refund policy

RETURNS
We only accept returns within 10 days after you have received the goods.  Before returning the goods, please contact us at shop@arthurarbesser.com with your order number and specify wether it is a return or an exchange and we will instruct you accordingly. 
Please note that we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will always be set at the price you paid at the moment of purchase. For items on sale we cannot accept exchanges and returns.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Please email us and inform us of your return and put the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order with the item(s). Please close the envelope carefully, tape it securely and inform us of your preferred pick up address and time-slot. You will receive a shipping label via email which you would need to print out and fix on the outside of the envelope. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit. When your return has arrived safely the items must be in brand-new and unworn condition. We cannot accept items where the original tags and labels were removed. Once we receive your return, the goods will be inspected and we will send you an email notification whether your return is eligible for a refund. In case of approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied according to your original method of payment within 5 days after the notification.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.

EXCHANGES
If necessary you can change the size of a purchased item into a different size. But exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the returned item and depend on stock availability. In case you are interested in a different style altogether, then please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new item separately on our website.
